I made it on ibisPaint app and converted from video to gif on ezgif. Here I followed the strokes order: /search/%23kanji%20%E… the river flows with strength and isn't easily shaped, and considering it's extent helps remember that the strokes are all long, including the surrounding part that looks like the land around it. So it is shaped by the land that surrounds it through it's extension. The river (川) got much water (水),it get's stronger with it's big extension and amount of water, and isn't as much flexible as simply "water" in the individual/small portion sense. River/Sandbank is another example of this shape poetry. The water (水) element itself is very flexible, so the two strokes on side that seems less flowing and more like giving shape, reminds that idea of flexible, as the middle one keeps flowing.
